on reem island the best resale value to get is 1800 AED/sqft....

the percentages depend on the original prices.

i have a guy who owns 3rd floor in gate 1 fo Tameer, and likes to sell @ 1850 ..the OP is 1550..which means premium is 20% ...

most endusers currently are claiming 25% returns..

Yeah, 1800 p sq ft sounds about right.
Good investment as will be one of first towers complete and 20/80 payment plan

i'd say 1800 is worth fetching if you can get it in Marina Blue.
I've seen mostly 1900-2050 rates...

Does anyone know what Hydra Heights is selling at?
I bought it at 2,060 aed/sqft. Would like to re-sell it. 20% paid. 1 b/r. 750 sq ft on al reem in AD.
