Hi, has anybody been dealing with Ward & Co. Ltd or propertyrepossessionsspain?
Nowadays there are so many different Agents offering what seem to be great deals on properties, but it is difficult to discern the good Agent by the scammer...
I think it would be useful to have some feedback on services so that the bad guys are shut off and the good ones are rewarded

Hi there. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these agents at all. I invested with them two years ago in two different properties. Both investments were cancelled for different reasons. In one they provided false rental income information (they have admitted this afterwards) and in the other one the developer could not finalize the mortgage application (as well admitted by Ward & Co) and the deal was put on ice. However, I have not received one penny back of 2 x admin + reservation fees instead they introduced me new investments that I did not want. Legal action has been taken and the process has started.

Could you tell me please when did the problem happen and for which property?
I am quite worried as I found out that a number of things they claimed they turned out to be different than what initially said... And I have already handed in the deposit...
