Buy to let properties in Uk has great growth presently it will be graceful in future also.

Does any member have any information on the planned start date if any of the Clippers Quay development in Salford Quays? Its already nearly a year delayed and i cannot get any firm committment/ information from the developer. . . . .Thanks in advance.

I can dvise you that no more property investiment buddy. It's all over in UK. As we can see there is an fal of prices in property market in Uk. it is expected to be moire in hte new year . I advise you to wait for the time the property prices crashes as much as then go for investimnet you can get with less amount.

Please dont lose your deposit like me and many others have.......

Make sure you have everything in writing and get an independant solicitor to check it over first as i am owed 15k!!!!!
