Selling property near Puerto Banus

Hello everyone,
I have an apartment near Puerto Banus that I would like to sell - no, it is not a new build that I am trying to off-load before I need to pay for it!

Estate agents in the area seem to charge a huge commission so I am looking for places where I can advertise it for sale at a better rate than the 6%++ that I am being quoted.

Does anyone have any ideas where I might advertise?

Our company doesn't charge 6%. We are specialists that have a portfolio of investor clients in this region and we will be marketing products at a very exclusive function in Regents Street for 'A' listed personalities and business tychoons in November of this year.

If your property is of a high standard, both the construction and the finishes then we may be interested in taking this along.

Our charge will be 2.5% and we will be very selective in the properties we market as we only intend to have 30-40 properties and hope to sell all of them in just the one evening.

If your property is of a high standard and you are looking to sell at a reasonable price please send whatever information you have related to the property to us. We do not have a public website as our business is very different from the average estate agent on the coast and do not market properties in this now overused and ineffective way.

Please send pictures too and for your information we may need to view and take a video profile of the property.
