Hello,
I left the UK in 99 to try something different and work abroad - during that time I've been priced out of the UK market.
Two years ago I bought in Belgium my first property... a nice little detached house in the country with land for my horses and for only twice my salary.
Now I'm scared that a) if we're in for a global HPC I'm in trouble and how can I go from this to a crappy flat in the UK?
Any thoughts?

Hello Albert,
We used to live in the north east of Scotland where property prices were loads lower than in the south east of England. The house price crash began in the south east allowing us to sell our home in Scotland at a good price so that we could pick up a bargain. We couldn't have afforded to move south otherwise.
Look for that slot because a house price crash probably won't happen at the same rate in Belgium and England. Hopefully England will go first. Good luck.
