Yes I know of Guest Invest. They have a very professional set up and this type of investment is becoming very popular at the moment. The hotel rooms are usually on a 999 year lease and you will receive a 2 year rental guarrantee followed by a 50/50 room rate share. With room occupancy being very high in London you can achieve excellent yields. These hotel investments worry me as I find there can be a lack of ongoing financial security in the event the hotel goes into receivership. Too many lose ends

You need an entry level under £150k and these are scarce. However, all is not lost and I am still buying property in York for interested investors.

well I have invested all my money at oxford, I even thought of investing in some where else apart form oxford luckly you have provided me the list of the best investment options to have in UK . I will try at York and Cambridge Let , me check out the peices over there and see.
