Default Buying a property through a third party

A flat above us has come up for sale (terraced property - leasehold) and we are considering purchasing and knocking it into ours.

Unfortunately the seller is well aware we want the flat and wants a premium for it and is becoming more unreasonable about us buying it because of this.

Is there any way we could purchase the property through a third party (or even friends/family) so the seller doesn't realise its us? The purchase would be funded by a mixture of remortgage and cash deposit. Not sure how this would pan out with ownership & mortgage etc.

yeah, you could purchase of youyr like thgough third party. There are many household brokers availble in the market they will take care of everything you need, you just need to tell your requiremnets along with your budget. This is usually most of the people do , as most of us doen't know who is selling and in which area they are selling.
