graduate seeking job

hi all my name is Patrick.

i have just graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and have been searching for a suitable job for weeks but with no success.

i cant understand the lack of jobs especially in liverpool with capital of culture and the new Liverpool1 shopping centre and offices.

i am looking to get into property mangement/project management etc.

is there any advice any of you could give me on starting out.
